The next time one of your most cherished notions is challenged (they're easy to spot: they're squawking behind every door labelled "Upset"), try an experiment. Consider whether the notion may be fallible. Take a closer look at reality (on the other side of that door labelled "Upset") and see if you can completely rely on the map. Sometimes you may value the upset and want to keep it. But other times, it'll show itself as less interesting than what's on the other side of the door. There's always something you don't know.
